Do you enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, hitting your targets, and increasing your margins? Are you an experienced food or beverage Buyer in Retail, Wholesale or FMCG? Are you looking for a new buying role where you can travel occasionally in the UK and overseas?


If the answer is yes, then this Buyer role could be just what you are looking for. My client is an International FMCG business with a strong food and drink offering that operate in a variety of store formats throughout the UK.


As an experienced Buyer your time will be spent developing, implementing, and reviewing category strategy. A key part of the role is to identify, negotiate, and supply compelling customer ranges in a variety of settings. As with any buying role you will also be tasked with reducing cost of goods, optimise terms, and improving profitability where possible.


To be considered for this role you will need to be degree educated or equivalent with proven experience of buying food and beverage products within a large Retail, Wholesale or FMCG organisation.
