Commercial Manager / Commercial Controller
c.£85,000 (inc car allowance) + 15% bonus.
Hybrid working (2 days from home, 3 days on site)

An opportunity to work with one of the UK’s largest food manufacturing companies, on one of their biggest accounts, driving new business through innovation and development.
You’ll be responsible for around £200m worth of business as you take a deep dive into the long-standing relationship between manufacturer and retailer.
Due to an internal promotion, you’ll get the opportunity to bring a fresh pair of eyes into this strategic relationship to establish new ideas and develop an already thriving account.
You’ll manage an established and autonomous team of National Account Managers, Supply Chain Implant and Forecasting, as you look to offer support and guidance while developing this young team to achieve their goals.
This role is all about development.
You’ll get free reign, plenty of opportunity to handle the account how you see fit, manage it strategically and drive new ideas, as you work collaboratively with this retail giant.
You’ll need a background as a Commercial Controller, Commercial Manager, Senior NAM or National Account Controller within the Food Manufacturing industry and have managed large, £100m+ P&Ls for one of the top retailers (M&S, Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, Tesco etc).
It goes without saying, you’ll need a great personality as you take this relationship to the next level.
