About Our Client

A London based multi branch bakery that is known for its cupcakes and other freshly baked sweet treats and desserts. They boast a vibrant and energetic brand and are looking to expand their operation by opening new branches soon. Due to the growth of the business they have vacancies across multiple sites.

About the Job

You will support the Branch Manager by providing exceptional leadership and taking responsibility to deliver the branch's targets. You will help to create a kind, focused and motivating team culture. You have experience and aptitude for working in a hands-on kitchen. The product range will be prepared and presented to the highest standards, product briefs and schedules. You will maintain the highest standards of personal presentation and hygiene. You will also support, motivate, coach and mentor your team.

The Ideal Candidate

You have a positive outlook, are ready to take on anything, with a creative personality that is reflected in your work. You have a natural ability to lead teams to produce the best quality products. You have a talent for baking and decorating cakes. You have excellent communication skills and have completed basic Health and Safety and Food Hygiene certificates (a Level 2 is ideal). You are enthusiastic and have experience of working with different recipes. You will also have a passion for training others.
