About the Role
The purpose of this role is to develop business with principal customers to retain share and provide growth through innovation and facilitating directly with grower model. You will drive significant growth within all channels, coordinate the sale of frozen berries to customers, optimising grower returns and develop shares.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in a comparable role, preferably within the soft fruit / frozen industry. You will have a strong appreciation of the client's business and resourcefulness in coming up with solutions to their challenges. In addition, the ideal candidate will have good interpersonal skills and well-developed leadership and management skills and possess the ability to relater to key client personnel in a professional and credible fashion.
In this role you will be responsible for developing long term (Seasonal and Annual) plans with customers to drive the sales of BG Frozen and customers KPI's. You will also be meeting with principle frozen growers and developing new customers and business within existing customers.
The successful applicant will move through a two-stage interview process; an initial Teams call followed by an in-person interview.
