Job Details

Calling all production Managers with chilled food experience looking for a new role in Central Scotland.

The role is looking for candidates who are looking for a challenge.
This will not be an easy role, nor is it a mundane role, this is a challenge in its own right and for the right person, I would imagine, very rewarding.

My client is turning a corner and is looking for managers to both drive and lead the business and most importantly the culture change

I am looking for:

  • Strong Leaders.
  • Experienced Shift Managers
  • People who can influence and motivate
  • Innovators
  • People that are adaptable and flexible.
  • People can drive change, not just say you can do it but rather live and breathe change through restructuring business and culture changes
  • Candidates with experience working in environments dealing with the top UK retailers
  • Experience in Chilled products is essential

 

You must have

  • Full right to work in the UK
  • A Drivers license 
  • Able to work a flexible 4 on 4 off shift pattern
