This role offers you the opportunity to develop your experience and knowledge in the fast-paced and challenging chilled food manufacturing space. You'll work closely with the New Product Development, Production, and Technical teams and will play a major part in creating innovative products for the UK's largest retailers, taking products from concept to market.

You'll be involved at every stage challenging factory processes, looking for improvements, efficiencies, and implementing change. You'll value engineer products, roll up your sleeves, and learn the production process inside out. The team also ensures that quality standards are maintained at every stage of the products journey and that profitability is achieved.

You'll need food manufacturing experience and may be working in a role in Quality Assurance or similar where you have had exposure to Process in the factory.

It's a Monday-Friday day role based at site with 33 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays plus excellent training and development programmes.
