Senior Process Technologist, Food Manufacturing, Wiltshire

Are you looking for a Process role in food manufacturing where you will work across multiple customers and product categories whilst managing a small team?

Are you ready to take ownership for product handover from concept to launch ? Do you want to oversee new products and product lines to ensure that they are scalable and meet customer's expectations?

This role will give you the opportunity to deliver all these important parts of the food manufacturing process. You'll be given control to lead meetings, deliver projects and to use your skills and experience as the main point of contact to take food products from concept to launch. You'll be supported by your two Process Technologists who you'll manage and develop to become part of your team winning team. You'll be based at site and work day shifts from Monday through to Fridays.

To be considered for this role you'll need;

• Sound operational experience within Process; Technical; Development or operations in food manufacturing
• Exposure to customer trials and critical path management
• Effective project management
• Ability to develop and coach team members
• Food Safety Level 3, HACCP Level 2 preferred
