The business
Our client is a market leader into the food service sector. They are looking to strengthen their Technical team with the appointment of a customer quality technologist.
The role
As customer quality technologist will be responsible to ensure raw materials meet the required customers' quality requirements, you will provide customers with crop updates and KPI reports, you will run weekly taste panels for the business, and you will work with production on customer production trails, support the specifications technologist with regards to raw material specifications, investigate and report on customer complaints.
The candidate
The ideal candidate will have a food/food science degree, currently, be doing a technologist role within a fresh produce/food business or has done a 1-year placement within their degree. Good attention to detail is a must along with a willingness to learn. You will build good working relationships internal and external for the business.
