This is a multi-site role, over several counties (commutable from Cambridgeshire & Lincolnshire)
Aspects of Hybrid working are available also.

About Our Client

We are working with one of the market leaders in supplying food products to some of the major UK Supermarkets and the Food Manufacturing sector.

This is an excellent opportunity for a standalone H&S Manager to be part of this extremely well-established company, responsible for the implementation of the policy across the site.

About the Job

They are looking for an enthusiastic Health, Safety, and Environment Manager to implement and promote a strong Health and Safety culture on site - this is a hands-on role so you will be expected to be actively writing SOP's, creating risk assessments, etc. not just overseeing. Managing the main areas of the business - Production, Warehouse/Logistics

You will be committed to promoting a safe working culture, managing the standards, and being the dedicated provision on-site driving the safety culture and best practice, including behavioral aspects of Health & Safety and Continuous Improvement

The Ideal Candidate

You will work closely with the Senior Management team which will require you to have superb communication. It is essential that you have a proven track record as a Health and Safety professional within a manufacturing environment and possess your NEBOSH certification.
