Job Title: Deputy Operations Manager

Salary: Up to £50,000

 

Holiday: 31 days including bank holidays

 

The company

 

Our client, a prestigious food processing and manufacturing business located near Glasgow wish to appoint an experienced Production Manager who is looking for their next step up.

 

The role

 

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will have 8 direct reports. You will be responsible for goods-in all the way through to goods-out.

 

You will be ready to hit the ground running, drive performance of the site and will have extensive understanding of what good looks like.

 

We seek a true people manager to lead and develop with the ability to create an empowering culture.

 

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who enjoys being hands on and has a great eye for detail, as well as having the desire and determination to grow and develop systems to assist with the future plans of this growing business.

 

The person

 

Our ideal candidate will ideally have chilled or fresh experience, low care experience is essential, experience in a similar role and have HACCP and food safety.
