You need to be an individual that can work both individually and as part of a team to ensure that product specifications are written to the required standards for all retailer and foodservice customers. You will be working within a supportive and busy team offering the chance to gain further experience and broaden your skillset on an individual level while working within a team that will work together to ensure that standards are kept high.

You will undertake the responsibilities of specifications, customer complaints, traceability, and certification responsibilities.
