General Overview of the position:

Work closely with the QA Manager and Technical Manager on maintaining the QMS system.

Providing continuous support in maintenance of the technical KPI data.

Generating KPI reports and reporting trends

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Management of Customer complaints

• Management of OOS results

• Internal Auditing

• Preparation of KPI reports as per schedule

• Preparation of technical review data as per schedule

• Management of the site document control system

• Maintenance of customer portals and databases

• Maintaining of internal databases

• Reporting for KPI’s as per specific customer requirements

• Trending of site KPI’s

• Reporting of trends

• Auditing of Technical databases to identify outstanding gaps and reporting any gaps appropriately

• Aiding the Technical Services Manager, Factory Technical Manager and QA Manager

• Ensuring that technical KPI boards are always up to date with relevant data

• Assist the Technical Services Manager with a compliance review and GAP analysis process for new / changing code of practices and legal requirements

• Management of export (documentation and process)
