What does a Production Assistant Manager at PAUL UK do?

Our Assistant Manager’s assist in operating a successful and profitable Paul UK shop, managing operating procedures, maintaining high standards, daily running of the shop, achieving sales and profit targets and maintaining excellent standards of customer service through the development of the team.

 

Key Objectives

  • Assisting with the completion of production shifts as required, including all associated duties
  • Following all required procedures for the opening and/ or closing of the production area of the shop
  • Assisting the management team with ensuring a safe & hygienic working environment, and making sure that all safety records & training are up-to-date and carried out frequently
  • Following all PAUL recipes consistently to ensure that our products are made to the highest possible quality in line with our specifications
  • Ensuring sufficient preparation levels for the whole day’s service by following the production plan; responding to relance requirements in a timely manner to ensure displays are continually looking full
  • Performing all required cleaning duties, and ensuring that all areas of production are maintained to agreed standards of cleanliness & hygiene and left accordingly at the end of your shift
  • Complete all required daily production procedures, including equipment checks Processing deliveries ensuring errors are fully communicated and stock is correctly stored
  • Assisting with the completion of food stock takes as required
