Job Details
Our client is a hugely successful family-run Egg production and packing operation, supplying many of the UK’s leading supermarkets. Due to recent changes there is now a vacancy for a Quality Manager.
You will be responsible for all quality aspects organising incoming inspections and documentation on all consignments received into the packhouse.
You must be able to demonstrate the following :
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- An ability to work at senior level cross functionally with other departments
- Experience of developing and maintaining HACCP
- Hands on experience of BRC, preferably having led and completed audits
- Experience of writing and developing operating procedures
Our client has developed a very strong team ethic and the right person will need to have the same, balancing the role of team leadership whilst working as part of the senior management team.
