Being passionate about food and abreast of the latest trends is key here. You'll be an integral part of this brand's further expansion; developing a healthy innovation pipeline to keep ahead of the competition. There's lots of exciting projects to work on and a successful base to grow from.
You'll be responsible for managing the NPD stage and gate process ensuring all product launches are on time and to budget. So, you'll need to be organised with great project management skills and the ability to engage with others in a positive way.
This wouldn't suit someone looking for a desk-based role communicating over email.
We are looking for someone who wants to get into the development kitchen with the Chefs to taste the products. Who wants to get into the factory to understand production and meet the team. Someone who builds strong relationships with colleagues across Marketing, Technical, Commercial, and Supply Chain, understands what they do and how the business operates. So, you're able to positively engage with colleagues to get projects moving to the right timeframes.
We are looking for previous experience in a Food Development role managing projects and an understanding of consumer trends and insight.
It's London based with flexible working arrangements, but preferably at site more often than not.
