This fresh produce business globally sources a wide range of fruits, vegetables & salads to supply UK retailers, caterers, wholesale and food processing customers. They store, pack and transport a wide range of products from watermelons to sweet potatoes, citrus to squashes.
The role of Supply Chain Coordinator would suit a passionate foodie who would love to either begin or expand on their career and who would relish the opportunity to join a very established company offering progression and development, UK & world wide travel.
The role takes responsibility for the supervision of both inbound and outbound traffic, managing the buying and delivery process of goods and services. The position is one of responsibility requiring high organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to thrive under pressure, working to tight deadlines with a sense of urgency.
The ideal candidate will be confident, numerate with good IT skills and an excellent communicator who places the customer at the heart of everything they do.
Hours; 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday with willingness to offer flexibility
