Having undergone significant growth our client are seeking to recruit an Operations Support Coordinator to the team to maintain their clear focus on standards, efficiency and communication.
You will be responsible for:
- Your role will be diverse and cover day to day support of the Operations Manager on a range of activities that could include training, reporting and continuous improvement activity.
- You’ll play an important role in the engagement of teams and working across the site to develop skills and improve performance.
- You will be a key point of contact for operational reporting, daily, weekly and monthly.
- Day to day liaison with engineering ensuring robust PPM plans are implemented to reduce downtime on site.
- You will have experience of operating in an operational role within the food industry.
- A level of understanding around engineering standards.
- Hands on and able to engage across a wide range of teams.
- Excellent reporting skill.s
