We are looking to recruit an experienced Quality Manager to join this award-winning FMCG business where quality & innovation is at the forefront of their success. This is an exciting time to join a growing and truly ambitious brand in a role that gives you total autonomy to shape and develop the department into a world class technical function.

The role;
  • You will be responsible for driving quality standards and overseeing customer interface within the technical team
  • You’ll work with the leadership team to identify, develop & implement technical improvements to products, practices & standards
  • Managing internal quality systems and supplier auditing
  • Dealing with any customer queries & managing site visits
  • Provide technical support to the NPD & Supply chain departments in addition to liaising with manufacturing & commercial teams
Your Background;
  • We are seeking a candidate of graduate calibre with experience already gained in a technical, quality or compliance role within the food industry
  • You will have gained previous customer exposure ideally with the major Grocery Retailers
  • You will have up to date regulatory knowledge with an understanding of current technical legislation
  • Ability to work both automatously and as part of a team will be highly important
  • Experience of working with branded product’s would be highly advantageous however not essential

Driving Licence and the ability to travel occasionally to other site’s is required.
