Project Manager - Food Manufacturing - Edinburgh

Excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join a market-leading FMCG business in Edinburgh, Scotland

My client Is a multisite blue-chip business that is known for offering training and development, and because this role is based at such a large site, the operational structure means that career progression is very realistic too.

As Project Engineering Manager you will lead the initiation and delivery of capital expenditure projects across the site.

Projects will be varied, and you will often be working on several projects at the same time; Projects will include but not be limited to - equipment installation, construction, refurbishment, packaging, energy, waste, water, continuous Improvement, etc.

You will be the engineering lead on all scoping, design, and project delivery of capital projects, working with several departments across the site.

You will be a logical thinker and a natural problem solver, who has the confidence and conviction of presenting to the leadership team, new ideas, and initiatives to help improve business and process.

To be considered for this role it is essential you have an engineering degree or equivalent and have relevant Engineering and Project management experience within food manufacturing/FMCG, ideally, you will be IOSH qualified and have Prince2 project management.

This is a Monday to Friday days-based position.
