Health & Safety is an integral part to every Food Manufacturing site but is something that often taken for granted.

You’ll be joining one of the biggest names in the business as you lead the site in their mission to completely revolutionise Health, Safety and Environmental procedures.

As HSE Manager your focus will be to unify the site teams (Production, Engineering, Technical etc.) to achieve a complete and clear understanding of policies and procedures. There are a number of systems / practices that needs updating as well as long-standing opinions that need changing.

To succeed in this position, you will need to be a natural in people management and behavioural turnaround with a knack for engaging and winning the hearts and minds of the teams on the shop floor.

As the world changes, the manufacturing industry has to adapt. You will play an active part in ensuring that the factory is as environmentally friendly as possible and is actively working to reduce its carbon footprint.

This will be a hands on role but equally requires full knowledge and practical implementation of Health, Safety & Environmental systems.

You’ll be qualified, ideally to degree standard and hold a NEBOSH Diploma and IEMA certificate. Food manufacturing experience is a must.
