Engineering Team Leader

Are you passionate about people management? Do you have experience leading engineering teams within Food/FMCG, Automotive or Packaging? If so, this one could be for you!

I’m looking to speak to experienced Engineering Team Leaders in the Greater Manchester area.

This opportunity will allow you to make your mark on the engineering function for one of the biggest names in the industry. You will be responsible for a team of multi-skilled engineers on shift. You will support with the training and development of the team and be the go to engineer on site. You’ll be tasked with improving maintenance strategies and delegating continuous improvement activities.

To be successful in this role you’ll need to be apprentice trained, and have a minimum HNC/Level 4 qualification. You will also have experience in a similar position (Engineering Supervisor / Lead Engineer / Engineering Team Leader).
