We are currently recruiting for a Product Developer for a rapidly growing FMCG business based in central London. This entrepreneurial business supplies a range of premium products that have won a host of awards recently, this is a newly created role due to the continued success of the business.

The Product Developer will be responsible for developing innovative new products from concept to launch. You will manage a number of key projects for the business, working closely with 3rd party suppliers and co-packers. The successful Product Developer will work in collaboration with internal teams to drive innovation and ensure the business remains one step ahead of industry trends.

The successful Product Developer will possess the following skills and experiences:

  • Educated to degree level in Food Science or related discipline
  • Experience of developing innovative food or drinks products from concept to launch
  • Strong project management skills and experience of working closely with co-packers
  • A creative foodie able to work in a fast-paced environment
