The role:
  • Leading operational matters on site and the site based team through Production Managers and Departmental Managers.
  • This will include KPI adherence, value added development of work practices and the ability to solve novel problems.
  • Team development, clear leadership and coaching skills are also key.
  • You will also be involved with projects and multi disciplined team work to deliver improvements and you will be passionate about delivering continuous improvement.

Your background and skills:
  • We are seeking an individual with experience already gained in a senior operational role in a fast paced food manufacturing environment, chilled food manufacturing experience would be advantageous.
  • Experience of CI and lean techniques with a strong track record of delivering improvements. You will be able to demonstrate a clear problem solving aptitude.
  • We are seeking strong leadership skills and a candidate with a clear vision for getting the best out of people and processes.
  • Commercially driven and able to contribute to the senior leadership team.
