Engineering Shift Manager

If you are a Manchester based engineer with managerial experience then this might be the opportunity for you. With a national reach, this food company are expanding and are looking for an Engineering Shift Manager to join their growing team. You’ll be responsible for planning all the maintenance on site as well as training and development of the team. This is your chance to show off your skills in a forward-thinking environment. Shifts are 4 on, 4 off both days and nights and you’ll be looking after up to 10 engineers.

To be a good fit for this position, you’ll need experience in the food industry. It is highly desired that you are level 3 qualified in either electrical or mechanical engineering also.
