Production Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Production Manager for a branded food & drinks business based in central London. The company produces a range of premium food products which it sells across a number of retail outlets, as well as direct to consumers at home.

The Production Manager will be responsible for leading day to day activities at a growing production facility. You will manage a team of around 20 members of staff and oversee everything from goods-in to despatch. The Production Manager will also work on a number of improvement projects for the business and play a key role in the development of the site moving forwards.

The successful Production Manager will possess the following skills and experiences:

• Experience of working in a production/operations management role in the food manufacturing industry
• Strong people management skills, experienced in leading and motivating teams of staff in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent project management skills and experience of using and/or implementing order processing systems
• Ideally qualified in Health & Safety (NEBOSH) and HACCP
