Quality Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Quality Manager for a branded FMCG business that has seen a huge amount of growth in recent years. The business is based in an amazing office in central London and supplies a range of premium products to an international customer base.

The Quality Manager will be responsible for working closely with a number of 3rd party manufacturers and suppliers to ensure food safety and product quality standards are constantly exceeded. You will lead quality improvement initiatives and develop a quality assurance culture across the sites. The role will involve extensive travel to key manufacturing sites across the UK.

The successful Quality Manager will possess the following skills and experiences:

• Educated to degree level in Food Science or related discipline
• Experience of working in a quality or technical role in the food or drinks industry
• Exceptional project management and communication skills
• A strong understanding of HACCP principles and ideally Lead Auditor qualified
