Salary: 45,000 - 55,000
Picture the scene.
It's December 31st. You're sat, socially distanced, with 5 other people.
2020 hasn't gone as planned, but you sit there with your drink in hand knowing 2021 is about to get better. Much better.
You smashed the interview process, and finally, FINALLY, you've got that Technical Manager role you've been working so hard to get.
Now you finally get to take the reins of the technical department. You are the one making the decisions, driving the changes and making improvements.
You simply can't wait to get going.
And who can blame you? After all, you're going in to a business that has remained consistently busy, if not busier, right throughout the year. New launches coming up with even more new business.
What do you need to make this dream a reality?
Well, obviously food experience is a must. But don'tworry too much about what category of food you have experience with, as they're not too fussy.
You'll need to be able to demonstrate that you can work at pace and under pressure. You know what it's like when you're trying to keep all the retailers happy at the same time!
You'll also need great leadership skills. The ones that mean you have what it takes to really get the engagement of the team and drive them forward.
In return though, you will undoubtedly get the chance to elevate your career to the next level!
