Production Operatives (Rotating Shifts)

£9.00 per hour

We are seeking Production Operatives to join our multi-award winning dynamic frozen fruit Company. This role will be initially based in Newent, however, we are planning to move to a new facility in Ledbury within approximately 12 months.

Successful applicants should be punctual and reliable with a good work ethic. Working as part of a team, you will need good communication skills and have a basic understanding of the English language. Previous experience in a similar position would be advantageous, however, full training, including Food Hygiene will be available.

Main Duties:

Packing frozen bags of fruit & vegetables, taping, labeling and palletising ready for dispatch.

Decanting frozen fruit from the carton boxes ready for the machine / feeding the fruit onto the packing machine.

If you have a counterbalance Fork Lift Licence, this would be an advantage.

Working hours

We are currently working a two shift system, Monday to Friday 6:00am to 3:30pm and 3:30pm to 1:00am on a rotational basis. Overtime, including weekends is available subject to production requirements and overtime rates apply after 48 hours.

You must have your own transport if you live outside of walking distance.
