A driven NPD Manager is required to be part of a £multi-million organisation providing high quality food products to the UK's leading retailers. You can be part of a great team delivering innovative solutions to their key customers.


The role;

  • To implement and drive the innovation stage gate process in an effective and timely manner, being able to build a successful track record of efficient project delivery. 
  • You'll play a key part in the ideation strategy within the business and will be heavily involved with the strategic planning of culinary and process-based innovation sessions for your key customers.
  • You’ll will lead a small team of technologists and be responsible for their personal development and success.

  • Attend internal and customer factory trials whilst being responsive to any customer queries

 Your Experience;

  • Degree qualified, ideally Food Science or other food related degree. 
  • Project Management and critical path management experience along with a working knowledge of a stage gate process.
  • Able to work collaboratively and cross functionally with other teams and departments. 
  • You'll be customer facing, so the ability to interact and present to customer is required, as well as a full UK driving license.
