The purpose of your role as Pastry Chef, will be to create handmade, delicious products in line with customer and company expectations, plus be an active member of the development team as required.
This is a hands-on role where you will work within the production unit making high quality patisserie, pastry and dessert products ensuring all products meet required specification and also company, customer and food safety requirements.
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate a clear passion, skill and innovative flair in patisserie/baking in order to create excellent quality products for customers. You will have practical experience in pastry, desserts, baking from within a restaurant/hotel environment or from within food manufacturing. An NVQ in patisserie is also highly desirable plus you will be focused on customer satisfaction and quality standards. A driving licence is also required due to site location.
The Pastry Chef role is based in the Gloucestershire region and is paying £19,760 - £21,840 according to individual skills and previous experience. The working hours are 7am – 4pm, Monday to Friday.
