As a butcher within the Boning Hall you will be required to cut, de-boning and prepare carcasses before they are further processed.
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT SUBJECT TO:
Ensure that all carcasses are de-boned as per the customers specifications
All products are cut/ trimmer as per customer requirements and specifications
You will be responsible for maximising the yield of the product and minimising waste to ensure production is as efficient as possible.
You will be required to undertake such duties as required in a safe manner.
You will also be required to fully engage in all aspects of training and communication.
Adhere to the wearing of the correct/ mandatory PPE at all times whilst within the production areas.
Keep your equipment clean and sanitised
Keep working areas tidy
Adhere to the Boning Hall & site policy’s and procedures
H&S & ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES
To take reasonable care or yourself and others who may be affected by your acts or omissions whilst at work.
