Our Business Partnering roles…

  • Deliver game changing talent planning and management; develop talent & capability using internal and external analysis to ensure we have the right talent to deliver the ambitions of the organisation today and tomorrow
  • Build plans to drive optimum organisational effectiveness resulting in structures that are fit for purpose and future proof the business
  • Drive our inclusion and diversity agenda by designing and delivering interventions at all levels
  • Work with business leaders, line managers, global Centres of Excellence and Shared Services to ensure we maximise value for the organisation and key organisational effectiveness metrics are delivering
  • Create an organisation that continues to look for simplification and standardisation opportunities in order to deliver the agility required for future business performance

Our Global Functions Human Resources Business Partner – Marketing

You'll have the opportunity to partner with a number of senior stakeholder and leadership teams across multiple geographies. It is important that this role swiftly and seamlessly navigates the matrix organisation, builds strong relationships and influences within all levels of the business.

The role reports into our HRD for Marketing and Commercial and will work alongside our global functions HR team, engaging on the broader agenda and contributing to organisation wide outcomes. It’s highly collaborative and works effectively within the function partnering other HRBP/HRDS across markets, shared services and Global Centres of Expertise.

Priorities for this role will be…

  • Partner with Global Marketing to deliver the Organisation Effectiveness agenda translating the business strategy and delivering an effective and efficient operating model for the functions.
  • Develop the integrated talent & capability plan using internal and external analysis to ensure we have the right talent to deliver the ambitions of the organisation today and tomorrow
  • Partner with leaders to build high performing leadership teams, line managers and to create an environment which is clear on performance management putting in rigour, consistency and discipline
  • Lead transformational initiatives to drive true integration of the end to end finance function, cultural change and engagement.
  • Create an organisation that continues to look for simplification and standardisation opportunities in order to deliver the agility required for future business performance
  • Drive further progress in the inclusion & diversity agenda, focusing on broadening diversity and building leaders capability to create an inclusive culture
  • Work with Global Reward to ensure clear, competitive simple reward and benefit frameworks

What are we looking for?

You’ll have a solid background in at least one HR discipline where you will have already proven your ability to shape and deliver organisational effectiveness and change with confidence. You will bring the following:

  • Significant experience in a broad range of HR roles including operational roles which require technical/functional expertise and HR roles which have had a strategic role in the business
  • We want someone who always looks for a better way of doing something – this might be from an external source or just a great idea
  • Experience in working successfully with stakeholders at the most senior level – black-belt coach– influencing, supporting and challenging
  • Ability to use “HR data”, analysing to measure impacts, assess organization effectiveness plans, diagnose trends and link to business performance outcomes
  • Change and project management skills (including influencing change)
  • Excellent talent judgement – ability to assess talent gaps, and suggest actions needed to strengthen the talent bench
  • Deep commercial understanding a strong internal and external radar to understand what will impact the business now and in the future
  • Deep understanding of design principles and how they influence organisational design, use relevant benchmarking and can influence the stakeholders to choose a design which is both effective and efficient
  • Can diagnose OE capability gaps and translate into the OE levers – learning, culture, process, ways of working and behaviours
