Purpose of the role:

Enhance organizational capability by maximizing the value of talent by building brilliant leaders for a future ready organization; design, implementation and evaluation of leadership and management development strategies, initiatives and programs that would enable the organization to build leadership capabilities & culture building


  • MBA in HR / Social Sciences or Masters in Psychology; Certified Coach preferred
  • Experience:  •10-12 years’ experience in L&D function
  • Experience in developing learning platforms, curriculum , content for both function and leadership development

Knowledge & skills:

  • Individual or Organizational needs identification, diagnosis, learning intervention design, facilitation
  • Experience in progressive business partnering with executives
  • Demonstrated ability to build high performing teams, line leaders
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate in matrix / operating environments. Excellent Story Teller
  • Has knowledge of end to end learning function management. Strategy, plan, budgets, MI etc.
  • Understand the new age digital solutions for learning  and Learning Management
