* Run & operate the business

* Full P&L responsibility

* Represent the business both UK & Worldwide

The requirements;

* Currently an MD, Sales or Business Unit Director/GM in B2B fresh produce sector

* Has had responsibility for t/o in excess of £10m

* Can demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit with a sound head for commercial business

* Clear financial acumen

* Extensive Executive management experience

* A strategic planner and enforcer
