We both know quality is the most important part of any successful food manufacturer. (But don't tell the guys in production).
And that's where your passion is, that is where your strengths are and the fast paced environment is where your future is.
I'm not going to say 'no 2 days will ever be the same,' as realistically no one's ever are! But this isn't your standard day to day firefighting in the factory kind of role. You'll be involved in the reviewing and implementation of new systems and procedures and really manage your people and your time. There will be projects to get involved in which will ultimately bulk out that 'achievements' part your CV.
As the experienced QA Manager that you are, you know all about food quality and safety and everything it entails, as well as how to successfully motivate and drive your team in the right direction to continually meet customer and business demand.
The products are currently supplied through to all the main retailers except one, so a wide retailer background is important. However I am keen to hear from all walks of life from the food industry so don't feel restricted if you have only worked with a handful.
