They are focused on quality and delivery of product and have built their ongoing success on their exceptional innovation, combined with their on-going belief of looking after and developing the people they employ. Due to expansion within the marketing team we are looking for a commercially-driven and analytical marketeer, to join a team that champions the use of data and insights

The Role:
  • Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to pull out insights and make recommendations that drive key business objectives
  • You will be creating annual marketing review decks from the analysis of group & store performance to identify opportunities to drive sales growth
  • Although the main focus of the role is understanding valuable insight from data streams you will also relish the challenge of developing relationships and building credibility with the opportunity of influencing retailers in making the most of their marketing spend, tailoring Marketing plans specific to region/store

The Person:
  • Ideal candidate will enjoy interpreting data and using this to present opportunities for others to implement
  • A background gained within category insights, multi-unit retail or local store marketing will be an advantage but what is essential is your passion for analyzing and interpreting data
  • A high work ethic, methodical in approach with excellent attention to detail
  • You will have strong understanding of marketing principles and the delivery of end-to-end marketing campaigns
  • Commercially strong and able to build great internal and external relationships.
