A large client of ours in the FMCG sector is looking for an experienced Factory Manager to join the team. You will have full responsibility for the production facility on a 24/7 operation.

Your operation will include Engineering, Maintenance, Operations, Production, Warehousing, Logistics, Output, Personnel and Hygiene. You will need to ensure all the processes for the all the production lines are completed efficiently in cost-effective methods. In your team, you will need to promote a continuous improvement culture and implement new processes.

A key part of your position will be to motivate your team to drive performance through training and effective methods of management. You will be in control of staff levels and have the responsibility of handling this in line with the company budgets.

Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in a Factory/Operations Manager position in the FMCG sector
* Very analytical in their work and a great financial awareness
* Adaptable, tenacious and resilient
* Excellent planning and organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers.
