Marketing Manager | Agribusiness
We are working with one of the UK's largest and well respected agribusinesses who are looking to source a Marketing Manager to lead their Marketing team in upcoming projects business wide. The eventual aim would be to work closely with Technical and Commercial teams to create successful campaigns in line with business strategy.
This opportunity would see you utilising existing marketing knowledge to create, plan and execute external marketing campaigns on behalf of the business to ideally take steps towards achieving business goals. This would involve developing email marketing, promotional materials and event management. As previously mentioned you will be working closely with the Commercial and Technical teams to ensure the material you are working on is both relevant and credible, but also so that they are utilised appropriately by each team when selling or promoting products.
As part of this role you will also be responsible for budget management, along with monitoring and reporting on the success of campaigns. In this role you will have a direct report in a marketing assistant role who you will be working closely with on a day-to-day development role and ensuring that they are assisting with all aspects of your role!
The Successful Candidate:
The successful candidate will have the following:
Proven track record of creating successful marketing campaigns and executing them successfully.
Outstanding communication, Microsoft Office and interpersonal skills will help you create effective content whilst building lasting relationships with the teams and business heads.
Experience or an understanding of editing and design software (Adobe Photoshop, CMS platforms and Final Cut) would be required. Along with experience of designing digital banners.
Ideally an agricultural background or close experience with agriculture would be very beneficial, however not essential.
