Have you ever wanted to work for a start-up, entrepreneurial, innovative organisation in the flavour industry? I am currently working with a manufacturer of flavours who for the last 3 years have built an enviable reputation as a key flavour supplier to the UK, Ireland and Europe. They are looking for a Business Development Manager who can help take their business to the next level.

Working closely with customers, this is a relationship-based sales role, where developing customer relationships and a great technical understanding of their flavours will be essential. You must have the desire to travel as you will be covering accounts across the UK & Ireland, Europe and attending trade shows. It is expected that you will need to be based in the head office in the south west/ M4 corridor during the initial training period of 12-18 months.

We are interested in candidates with an FMCG, food ingredients or flavour background. It is important that you can demonstrate your drive to develop sales and hit targets, have the hunger to develop new business and take pride in achieving results.

You will receive full training and development to support you in your role full product training will be given, and you will be provided with sales support from their in-house development team. The opportunities for you within the business if successful in this role are phenomenal, given their ability for growth in the next 5 years.
