Panificio Italian currently supplies bread products to the Foodservice sector but is aiming to expand its market into the retail sector.

The Company is seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Sales Manager to join our sales & marketing team based in Iver, Buckinghamshire (near Slough) to grow, develop and maintain retail sales in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.

The role will include the development and expansion of the Panificio Italiano organisation within the retail sector by supporting NPD and understanding customer marketing initiatives and their plans, setting prices and negotiations will also play an important part of this position.

You MUST have retail sales experience and have had direct responsibility/communication with the major multiples in the bakery sector.

The role will be office based but with travel to customers as and when is required.
