INTERIM MANAGEMENT
For our Clients’ short term needs
Do you need to cover a gap in your team – while you’re recruiting for permanent staff or to cover a maternity leave or long term absence? Or perhaps you have a money-saving idea or urgent project that needs additional resources?
We will rapidly provide you with peace of mind as we can typically provide a shortlist of fully-screened food industry specialists within 48 hours of confirming a brief with you. Indeed it is not unusual for interims to start working with clients in the same week we are briefed.
Whether you have a need for a few days’ work or cover for several months, we have specialists available immediately. We work with a growing database of over 5000 Interim Managers - most of them with expertise in the food and drink manufacturing industry or closely aligned sectors within the food supply chain.
For our Interim Managers
If you are an interim manager or would like to move into interim management, Jarvis Johnson can help you from day one with advice and guidance. We can help identify suitable assignments for you and will provide guidance on issues such as daily rates, service agreements and any other advice you might require.
PERMANENT RECRUITMENT
For our Clients’ long term needs
We work with a growing database of over 14,000 candidates, the vast majority of which have proven track records in the food manufacturing industry. We endeavour to apply the same responsive approach we use when working on an interim assignment to helping you find a permanent member of your team.
For our Candidates
As a candidate, you can rest assured that we treat your details in the strictest confidence, only submitting your CV to clients after obtaining your permission to do so. We will provide you with full information on vacancies, backed up by sending you a detailed brief, and will screen you fully. This ensures that we give the client supplementary information to help reinforce the information provided on your CV and emphasise your suitability to a particular role.
