Well in this role you'll have your evenings and weekends free. Sounds bliss, I know.

On top of that, you'll be in part of a business that genuinely values hygiene, and has it at the forefront of the business. Meaning your say is just as important as those lot on production and you can keep those listeria results low and audit scores high.

During large parts of your shift, you'll be the most senior person in Hygiene. Testing your ability, but also giving good practice for when you make that step up to Hygiene Manager. A likely move given that this business has a big push on internal development and progression.
