The focus in this role is your interpersonal talents. It goes without saying that you have qualifications in some form of science - be it food, chemistry or biology, for example. But the key attribute that you must have is the ability to get on with others. It is your skills in customer and people management, that we will be looking for, as this role (the job title gives it away) focuses on the customer.

You will have strong experience in having worked in a customer-facing role for a large part of your career - and certainly the most recent roles that you have held.

You understand that in order to give the best service to the client you will have to become an expert in your field so that you can guide and mentor, as well as make the wish of the customer come true.

Not only do you have to keep the customer happy, but you also need to develop exceptional working relationships with everyone that you work with to enable you to actually get the results that you have been asked to give to your client.

And one more thing.. As the headline says, this role involves significant travel, both to other factories within the group and to the customer. This role involves a lot of driving, so if you like nothing more than hitting the road with a long playlist then this could be a real positive for you.
