As a Supply Chain Executive (Customer Services), your role will be primarily to support the order to delivery process, carry out customer account service & relationship management and also maintain customer returns and debits.
You will identify ways to improve service for your accounts to deliver ‘best in class’ standards whilst ensuring alignment with wider function and business plans.
Working with the wider team and relevant logistics providers, you will identify and resolve problems which could result in delay or failure of delivery whilst ensuring communication both internally and externally.
To be considered for the Supply Chain Executive role, you will be an organised individual with high attention to detail, together with experience of working in a manufacturing customer facing role, ideally within a supply chain, logistics, distribution or similar capacity. Experience of working in the food manufacturing industry is also highly desirable. You will also be IT literate including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
The Supply Chain Executive job is based in the Home Counties / East Midlands region and is paying £21,000 according to individual skills and previous experience.
