From the recently refurbished, offices in Bedfordshire, you will join a well-oiled and effective group of six, who make up the Technical Support team for all end-users and external service partners throughout the UK.
As one of the Support Technicians you will bring your strong communication skills, and diagnostic capabilities to work every day. Assisting on-site service engineers with warranty repairs, you will manage the on-line internal call system and SAP system. Your communication skills and natural charm whilst managing queries over the phone will be great here.
The position is on a help-desk where you receive queries from both internal and external partners at site level. Documenting and processing the actions as you support colleagues and customers is also part of this role, meaning you wont be bored or twiddling your thumbs here. In using your electrical and mechanical mind, you'll answer the prayers of your callers and you may even hit the road and tandem your engineering colleagues from time to time.
You'll be qualified within either mechanics, or electrical engineering , have a full UK Driving License and the ability to communicate at all levels effectively.
