We both know quality is the most important part of any successful food manufacturer. (But don't tell the guys in production.)

And that's where your passion is.

Without giving too much away, the business have exciting plans in expanding their customer base. Meaning you will get the chance to help lead some exciting projects, adding some priceless bullet points to that 'key achievements' part of your CV.

You'll also have the opportunity to work under (in my opinion) one of the best Technical Managers in the area. (Someone I've known for many years, I'm not just blagging it.) They're looking for someone to work closely with them as a number 2, and to become more and more involved with those big customer/3rd party audits and visits.

I'm not going to say 'no 2 days will ever be the same,' as realistically no one's ever are! But this isn't your standard day to day firefighting in the factory kind of role. You'll be involved in the reviewing and implementation of new systems and procedures.

As the experienced QA Manager that you are, you know all about food quality and safety and everything it entails, as well as how to successfully motivate and drive your team.

Don't worry about the type of products you've worked with before as they're not fussy.
