Whatever the reason, it presents the chance to work more autonomously with less management on shift, and so added responsibility for you.

Kent is huge for the fresh produce industry which means there is always a lot of quality control jobs around.

Here however, you'll be working in a manufacturing environment rather than a pack house, allowing you to add that QA experience to your CV too.

And the company is big on training so relevant courses and qualifications will available on top of your salary and the usual bits.
