A bit of a niche role within the food industry, however it is also the heart of the factory. Without the labels being printed to perfection, nothing can leave the site.

As a Printroom Team Leader / Supervisor, you will be responsible for a small team of 3, ensuring that all labels are printed to customer specification and that the production team receive these in a timely manner.

You will report into the Packaging and Printroom manager however, this will be a heavily autonomous role and you will need to have relevant hands on experience not only in the print room, but in also managing a small team.

Excellent communication and organisation skills will be the key to succeeding in this position. You will be hands on manager with the ability to take a step back and look at the bigger picture.
