I can only imagine that you have been involved in plenty of site turnarounds, closures and improvements.

How about heading up one of the largest and most complex food manufacturing sites across the UK through a key period in their growth. A time where they are looking to become one of the leading businesses in their sector.

With multiple sites across the UK and plenty of investment ideas, they will be looking for a strategic yet hands on lead who will be accountable for the site P&L along with supportive management of the senior team. You will have open direction from the Managing Director with flexibility at board level to implement what you see fit, aligned with your clearly defined targets and expectations.

If you have a background in the food manufacturing industry with a desire to succeed at the highest level and have a proven track record in successfully and consistently delivering results then this is the role for you.
