Quality Assurance (QA) Inspector

Our Client is one of the UK's largest Importers and Distributors in their sector within the Food Industry, supplying a variety of customers nationwide, including UK retailers. We now offer an excellent opportunity for a Quality Assurance Inspector to join the business in a key position.

Reporting to the Quality Supervisor, the role of Quality Assurance Inspector will take responsibility for the inspection of raw materials to ensure that quality and customer standards are met, arrange samples for third party lab testing, ensuring samples are available on customer request and provide all completed paperwork accurately conforming to quality systems.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual seeking a role within the Food sector, to join a dedicated team that will provide guidance and training building a sound knowledge and career within the industry. Previous experience within the manufacturing and/or distribution sectors and an understanding of Auditing, HACCP, Specifications, and the importance of meeting the customer's needs would be highly advantageous.  This is a day shift role working 6am to 3pm Monday to Friday.
